Not much to say about this flotation device very similar to what swim teacher use for beginners, which the reason why we bought it (3 years old average size). The each piece is fairly bulky (more than usual) and you may to remove a piece if the child is small to be able to close the buckle. Because the pieces are bulky they have a tendency to tear on each side of the hole but so far (one month usage) it is still holding.
For kids older and who start to swim I will recommend the "stacked version" device more; because you can put only one "slice" or two. But for a toddler this one is doing the job.

This was a perfect item to help my four year old daughter gain confidence in the water. As she became a better swimmer, I removed a square to the point that she no longer needs the belt at all. However, we still use it when she feels like just floating around. And the item arrived ahead of schedule.

My 3 y.o. Used to be scared of water and swimming. Now, with 3 bubbles belt, he enjoys swimming and feels confidence in our pool. We even bring it to the beach. The 3 bubbles belt is perfect for the kids who do not swim AT ALL yet.
