Best I've found so far...Feb 20, 2007
By Johnny Klonaris I've had trouble over the years finding ear plugs that would make a consistent seal against sound. I've tried various types, including the compressible foam, but nothing seems to work all the time. I use ear plugs when riding my motorcycle, under my full face helmet. These plugs work great and are very comfortable. They're also very easy to remove (not so the compressed foam, if they're just a little too far in). I've had no problems with the ends touching the inside of the helmet and have since bought several more, including some for my riding buddies to try. My only complaint is that the included case doesn't hold up to repeated use - the "hinge" just doesn't last - but the plugs have held up nicely for a couple of months now.

No more water in my earsApr 03, 2007

I love that I don't get water in my ears anymore. The one drawback to swimming was that I always spent the rest of the day jumping on one foot trying to get the water out of my ears. These are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. At the end of the swim, I pop them out, put them back in their handy carry case and that's it.

Finally, I can swim without worries!Oct 17, 2007
By LWB As a child I took swim lessons. As a middle-schooler I took life saving, and swam competitively. In my 20's and 30's I would swim laps for exercise. But over the past several years, after all this time in the pool, I get water into my inner ear when swimming laps. The water goes deep enough in my ear when swimming the crawl stroke and breathing only on my right side, I can't just 'shake' it out, and I develop pressure in my ear, and sometimes an infection. So, once again I am trying to swim laps but just couldn't find the right ear plug. The molded-type just leaked, and my enjoyment of swimming laps was gone. Until I found these! For me, they have been perfect. They fit snugly, they do not move, they do not leak. They have allowed me to vary my exercise routine and add swimming back.

Popped out!Aug 05, 2007
By Meghan Jean As soon as I started swimming and popped up for water, I realized that one plug had fallen out despite having tightly secured it in! The other one remained in my ear, so I had to alternate; the one I had left, however, did work rather well.
