This is a fantastic product. Working out in my pool for 20 minutes is like jogging for an hour but with no impact on the feet or knees and near zero chance of injury. Its a lot cooler too and way more fun. I can't say enough. It is all that was promised!

I haven't actually used the product yet, but am excited to try it. There are so many items in the package jog belt, jog shoes, barbells and DVD couldn't beat the price. The seller was fast!
