My daughter loves these. They don't seem to spin that well when she's riding (that's why 4 stars not 5) but they look great on her bike and were super simple to attach to the handle bar grips.

I was very happy with the quality of the streamers, they were much colorful then they appeared inthe pictures. They are very cute and good quality. I love them!

These are soo soo cute and so easy to put on. The flowers spin in the wing and the streamers are sparkly. Very cute
