FitDeck Basketball

FitDeck Basketball is a new title in our growing line of FitDeck Sports Products. FitDeck Basketball is designed to dramatically improve basketball skills and confidence. This 56-card deck includes categories such as: Inside Moves, Triple Threat, Off-the-Dribble, Shooting, Ball Skills and Competition Cards. FitDeck Basketball cards can be used alone, with a partner, or with a team. Use this ever-changing workout to take your basketball game to the next level. This title is targeted for players from 6-50 years old. Equipment needed is a basketball and basket. FitDeck is a unique deck of Exercise Playing Cards that makes exercise and sports training more simple, convenient, and fun. FitDecks are available in 56-card and 26-card Booster decks. 56-card FitDecks specialize in sports training and bodyweight-only exercises (i.e. Bodyweight, Junior, Senior, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Soccer, Basketball, Swimming). 26-card Boosters may require certain equipment (i.e. Exercise Ball, Pull Up bar, Dumbbell, Office, Travel, Kettlebell, etc.). Boosters can be used as a standalone workout or they can be combined with other FitDecks to create an even more challenging routine. Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle cards before every workout to get a random sampling of exercises and drills. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises or drills to do. FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and go.
