Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle cards before every workout to get a random sampling of upper, middle, lower, and full-body exercises. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises to do. FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and go.

 Great Tool for both Beginner and Advanced PilatesDec 02, 2008

The positions in this Fitdeck are good for me as I'm not exactly a beginner--I used to do pilates regularly before family life took up much of my time. This is the perfect way to start doing pilates again since I can just do it with even 5-10 minutes of free time at home. Now I don't have to try to remember the sequences I did in class or make up something on my own. I will definitely use this again.
