 Fitdeck gets Yoga rightDec 02, 2008

Unique!!!!! Of all the Yoga information out there, these fitdeck cards finally got it right. No fluff, no wordy explanations. Just the poses and some guidance on breathing and form. I've been doing yoga for years and never really spent the time memorizing all of the names of the poses. When I'm in class, it's easy. When I get home - I forget everything. This new yoga fitdeck gives me a perfect reminder of the poses I can do for my routine. Love them.

I bought this to help me do yoga at home. I haven't used it yet but it looks good. The illustrations are pretty informative and at the bottom of each card are several concise instructions for the pose. As the deck recommends, I don't think this would be good for beginners who don't go to classes or get any in-person instruction, as there would still be many ways to go wrong if you weren't sure what you were doing. I think this is most helpful to advanced beginners or intermediates who just want some help coming up with ideas for poses to do on their own.
