Great workout! Fun and...May 23, 2008
By Raul A. Perez People always ask me where i got this from... it works very well, although i need to replace the ball after about 2 weeks... buy the replacement balls too! this thing really does help develop control and timing. If you hit hard, the knots will come undone from time to time... i lose a ball every time... but i hit pretty hard.

Gamma tennis trainerAug 04, 2011
By NCB24 I bought this trainer for my nine year old daughter who has spent most of the summer knocking a tennis ball against the garden wall. She has really enjoyed it (as has her elder sister). You do have to hit the ball reasonably hard but we adjusted the length of the elastic to fit our garden and she plays with it for hours. It works even better on tarmac. I can't comment on whether this trainer would actually improve your tennis expertise if this is what you are buying it for though.

Soo much fun!Mar 24, 2011
By Tommy's mum I bought his for my kids for Christmas as i had had one when i was a child. I am a PE teacher and this really improves hand eye coordination and agility..and is great fun. The kids have been obsessed with using it, especially after they got used to the speed of the returning ball. There is also nobody to argue with!! Cheap, fun and keeps them entertained for ages.
Doesn't make senseJan 23, 2011
By W. L. Simon Got this as a gift, and called the manufacturer to ask how you're supposed to use it. I was told, "Most people use it to hit against a wall." I asked, "If you're hitting against a wall, how is this any better than just using a regular tennis ball?" He had no answer, beyond that is was mostly used for children ... but even that didn't make sense.
You can't use it for practicing ground strokes, because the ball doesn't come back to you; it just hits the ground, and you have to haul it back in again.
I already have a HitAway -- a pole with the ball hanging from it. Hit it, and it comes right back around for you to hit again. That makes sense; this thing is a waste of money.
It doesn't work!!Nov 09, 2010
