Cheaper than a massueseDec 10, 2007
By C. Haglund After reading several articles on bodybuilding forums as to the many benefits of foam rolling for recovery and tissue health, I finally found one of these rollers at a Target store nearby.
I had been suffering from severe delayed onset muscle soreness in my legs and lower back after a heavy weightlifting session. After watching the short DVD, I started rolling out small sections...as much as I could stand. The pain is very intense on tight muscles; but the payoff is immediate. As soon as you finish rolling a section, you can feel the reduced stress and tension in the muscle. My legs normally hurt for a full 4 days after a leg workout, and with the use of this product, I was done hurting in 2 days.

Much Improved/New Model-5 STARSAug 16, 2008
By Yogini I am on my second one in six months. Bought it at Sports Authority. I am 150 pounds.
I am an every day user and it just does not hold up. Loses it roundness quickly and then degenerates from there.
I will be returning this one
DVD is very good and buying a much better quality one for much less money.
There are few good ones on the inetrnet but the cheapest one ($8.99) is STILL of far better quality than this one. My yoga studio has the cheap one and I could not believe the difference.
If you are over 100 pounds and are a daily roller, don't waste your money!!
Compay sent me two new rollars free of charge. They have redesigned them and are far better than the old model. Thanks CP!

Nice....but very long!Dec 12, 2007

This is a very nice foam roller. Keep in mind that it is very long....so if you are a short woman, you might want to get something smaller. I'm 6'1'' and it works for me, but my wife at 5'4'' would probably be better off with a 24 incher. Still, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Very nice.

Perfect for Lower Back IssuesMar 08, 2007
By K. Blumer Maybe a little pricey for what it is, but it sure works for me. Just a couple of minutes 2 or 3 times a day and it releives all of the stress in my lower back. It is instant, albeit temporary relief from my lower back strain and posture issues.

Great RollerDec 08, 2007
By CarlaVeg This is a good quality roller. I like the fact that comes with a DVD that shows you how you can use the roller... I bought it mostly to massage my IT band as I have knee problems.... I think it started to help already after using for 1 week. Highly Recommended!!!
