I have a set of Spri tubing but this is the heaviest and with the padded handles, I reach for it every time. The DVD is pretty good too. I've never been disappointed with a GoFit product. Great investment.

The band is quite good and can be very easily transported anywhere. I was in a fix before purchase whether it would be really able to resist pressure and I am happy. Infact my friend just ordered one after my order was delivered.
