Excellent, long lasting product.Apr 14, 2011
By Benannah Bagsov I've had this for three years and it's still as cushy as ever. It lives up to it's Super Thick name. I've used it for yoga, meditation, prayer, kettlebells, sitting on it rather than the floor to cut dog toenails, etc. It's super comfortable and relaxing. It has a zip off washable cover, so you can drag it around the country and stuff it into the back of cars and it survives just fine. It rolls up nicely for storage, otherwise it takes up a lot of room and dogs will try to claim it as a bagel. It's not a sticky mat, and does not have a nonstick side. So, you have to stay surefooted and move with self awareness, especially if you have the klutz gene. It may be too thick and soft for some people to feel that they can correctly achieve proper form.

Great Mat!Mar 06, 2009
By L. Chan This mat is especially good for when you need to do yoga positions lying down or on your knees. It's really thick and comfortable you could even fall asleep on it. I like the fact that it's all cotton, too.
Bought it for a road trip and never used itMar 23, 2012

But I did unroll it to test how supportive it was, and it felt great. They sell it as a yoga mat, and you could also use it for meditation, but I bought it to use as a futon. It's a pretty decent size for traveling and is a lot more convenient that other floor futons. First, it already comes with a removable, washable cover. Second, it has the carrying handles. It's light enough for a small woman to carry. It's about the size of a rolled up sleeping bag.
