Amazing difference when warming up with this!Apr 07, 2011
By Mike Green Jr Getting older makes it a little harder to throw lasers across the ball field, but warming up with this weighted ball makes the real softball feel like Styrofoam. So much easier to stay competitive while aging when I have this secret weapon in my bag!
Lite weight softballApr 02, 2012
By Glenn A. Mumpower I use weighted balls to help strengthen my arm, shoulder, and back muscles to add velocity to my throws. This ball is a lite weight version (lighter than regulation softball) of "weighted balls" and helps with arm speed, just as swinging practice with a lighter bat will help increase bat speed. It can be used in warm-up, and after using heavier balls.

By likesgoodthingsthatwork Heavier than a regular softball; I find it nice to get loose with. Regular ball... heavy ball... then regular ball. Nice.
