Deep Pocket Glove for your 12" FastPitch PlayerMar 06, 2012

This glove has a deep pocket for those 12" fastpitch players in your life. She will really appreciate how out of the box the glove is ready for use. Ordered this glove for myself. Love it or should I say loved it. It was quickly "borrowed" by our high school pitcher. You can't go wrong with this glove.

Mizuno is known for producing quality fastpitch softball equipment. For the price, this glove is top notch. My daughter is going into her first year of Varsity softball and she will be playing the infield, no doubt. Her coach recommended a shorter glove (previous glove was 13" Rawlings) and also recommended a Wilson A2K. When I priced them, I thought that $200 was a little steep. This is a high quality glove and the web stitching looks like it will hold up through vigorous use. I guess what really matters is that my daughter loves it. The soft leather won't require too much of a break-in period and the wrist adjustment strap is easy to adjust quickly in game situations. Great value.

We tend to buy Mizuno gloves since my daughter has been using one since the age of 7. She is now entering her freshman year of college & will be playing softball. She is a middle infielder. We just bought this glove, and she just raves about it. When it arrived it was game ready from the start. She has a small hand, and this glove feels perfect for her. I put my hand in it (my hands are larger) and it felt great to me too. It's made well, sturdy construction and very soft inside. Love the velcro strap which makes securing a perfect fit a breeze. If it's like her other Mizuno gloves it should last for a few years with heavy, daily use. We highly recommend this glove for the high school or college player.
