I bought this for a ten year girl who is a ballerina. She absolutely loved the necklace and couldn't wait to wear it. It is really pretty and also well made. I'm certain it is durable for a child. I'm very pleased with the purchase for the price.

I looked at many ballerina necklaces for my three year old grand niece...this one was clearly the best. The quality, the price, the presentation, the material, the style, the function (sturdy and strong enough yet girlie-girl) for a small girl. The look of excitement and joy on my niece's face when she opened the little gift bag is a memory I will cherish for a long time...and she is still wearing it after several weeks. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone that appreciates a great value. Thank you.

This was well received by my 6 year old granddaughter. It put a big smile on her face ! She is in ballet, of course & just as many are at her age, she's very much enthralled by the dance. The only thing about this product I did not thill over was the decorative box, it could have atleast been silverish in color to match the necklace & pouch ?
