They really like hitting it and it is great for small quarters practice or if you don't have a net. Allows them to work on technique. My girls are softball players and this is baseball sized but it forces them to be even more accurate.

I love this trainer. My kids both use it and my daughter plays softball, son is in baseball. Their hitting has significantly improved since buying this trainer. It is made very well and isn't showing Any type of wear yet. Quality product!!
