Better hand eye cordination.Apr 02, 2012

The smaller diameter bat and smaller ball (Three included and more can be purchased) will help any level ballplayer improve their hitting. The bat is also weighted in a way that bat speed can be increased with consistent use. This bat challenges a hitter in the same swing path and using the same muscles as a game swing, so the hitter will develop "muscle memory".

This bat is basically a 30 oz. weighted, pipe that has its handle wrapped with padded tape. It has a slim barrel which if used regularly could really help improve your hand/eye coordination. Its weight really helps build up the muscles used for swinging (The first few times I used it I ended up pretty sore) and I feel that it has served its purpose well, that is a training bat to help me build up my strength and ability to place the stick on the ball. The one negative is, as it's a metal pipe, it is not designed for being used with real balls( baseballs or softballs) and it comes with 3 mini wiffle balls which are intended to help you hit a smaller target. I bought some Jugz lite-flight softballs which are a little heavier and more substantial than a wiffle, but nowhere near as hard as an actual softball, and they work great. I would definitely buy again.

"Sports nut"
This helped me get my swing back. I was in a terrible slump and practicing with this helped me greatly.
