By Joan Bennett Xercuff's are great! I have the figure eight resistance but they can be uncomfortable on the ankles. These are comfortable. Sometimes I like very light resistance for hamstrings. These are perfect for a female beginner or for intermediate workouts where you want slight resistance. If you are looking for light resistance then I would recommend the green ones. I have both and they are great. I will probably order the red ones with medium resistance in the near future.
