The kit arrived sooner than expected. The included videotape demonstrates all practical exercise routines and many specialized exercises for more athletic people. Even warm-up exercises are demonstrated. Door attachment instructions, and basic exercise instructions, are also included in printed form.
This exercise kit is especially good for women and for seniors of both genders. Beyond that, men and women who travel a lot will find the kit easy to take along. Almost anyone can benefit from regular use of this kit.

Great price for resistance tubes, door tool (great for aided squats) and video of exercises to do with the tubes. I haven't used the video -- I got the tubes to use with the wii sport active b/c that tube was not giving enough resistance. I would recommend going ahead and buying this set to go with the wii sport active program b/c you have different resistances and can transition easier and won't have to interupt your progression. These are sturdy and have handles which make it easy to use and comfortable.

This is a great basic kit that gives you 3 tubes and a 30 minute video. The tubes range from light to heavy (even my kids can handle the light yellow tube). The workout is an overall workout for your entire body and does not focus on just one area. If you want to vary your workout by part of the body, you may want to buy this and then get another video that offers more specific exercises for those body parts. If you travel, this can easily be taken with you - just take the DVD and your main tube! Fun and effective - keeps my exercise routine varied and is great for the quick all over 30 minute workout!

I love the idea of these resistance bands, and what seemed like a good value. I read the brief instruction manual, used it as described. I began with trying out the Chest Flye(pectorals) and during the second set of reps the handle broke completely off the rubber band! I was shocked... this isnt after using it for a couple of months, this was my very first use. SPRI slogan is "The professionals choice" Well i would like to see these professionals reaction after a product breaks during the first use.
I suppose i will try to use that particular band without the handle(which wont be easy), and then hope the other two bands wont break as well. This could have injured my leg or foot when the rubber snapped back to the floor after it broke!
Needless to say i wont be purchasing anymore SPRI products. By the time i pay for shipping return and back(which they require...even when its a product defect), ill be putting out over $10 dollars im sure. Its just not worth it to go through the hassle of returning it. I really thought this was going to be a quality product after reading the other reviews on Amazon.
