SnappedMar 26, 2009
By Kriss M. Richards I bought the Red & Blue Rings together, worked up to the Blue after several weeks. After using the Blue for about six weeks three times a week it broke sending the black cushion part flying across the room (just missing my dog). I had used it less tham two months but because I bought more than 3 months ago niether Amazon or SPRI would warranty it. Beware and becareful.

Nice Cheap WorkoutJun 09, 2008

During the day I drive a truck and I have a 1 hour lunch break. These things are ideal to use for working out in my truck during lunch. They are made as leg workouts but you can use them for arms as well. I have recommended them to others who claim to have no time to stay in shape. Use them in front of the TV, at work, wherever. You have the time....

Nice item for people who either live in small apartments and can't make room for a lot of equipment, or just great for general fitness and health. I supplement my weight training with bands of this type because they tend to be safe and better for the joints.

Cheap but flat bands might be a better choice.Oct 02, 2010

These aren't the most comfortable bands I've ever used, even with the handle they can really bite into the flesh especially for the larger lasses, and if you have the misfortune of it slipping up and putting pressure directly on your shin... I had initially planned on returning them, and I am concerned about the juncture where the band connects into the circle as it feels like it will break after a while, but they're functional with a little imagination.

Just what the Doctor orderedJul 24, 2008
By Gary Woods I use SPRI Red and Blue Xerings 5 days a week for my exercises. It allows me to quickly work on my Triceps, Chest Muscles and Back Muscles without having a rack full of weights.
