Not for the weakFeb 05, 2010 These had much more resistance than I thought they would. Beginners would be better off starting with SRPI yellow and green Xerings.
SPRI Red & Blue XeringsJan 17, 2010 We gave the SPRI Red * Blue Xerings as a gift to a young Mom. She likes having the lower-resistance medium ring to use while pregnant and while regaining her strength post-pregnancy, while the heavy ring is good when she's in top form.

portable, easy, no impact toningAug 30, 2009 let's face it - hate to exercise! i have reasonably high hopes that by placing one near the tv and one near my computer i'll get a little exercising in :P
A useful fitness gadgetJun 12, 2009 I had a yellow Xertube and used it a lot with the exercise program I'm currently doing (CLX by BeachBody). But, the yellow one is the easiest resistance level, so I wanted something to use that offered more resistance. So far, I have used the red option and it is definitely harder than the yellow band I had before.
These bands are reliable and easy to use. I like using them as a way to add resistance to the lower body.
