This exercise ball works great for me - as a desk chair. I spend a lot of time at my computer, since I teach online, and I decided that sitting in a chair is just too lazy. This exercise ball is perfect. It has stayed perfectly inflated now for about 2 weeks, with tons of use. The pump is great, better than the old style pumps that needed a special tip. The tip is built right in, you don't have to worry about losing it. And it also comes with a little fork-like thing when you need to pry out the plug and inflate or deflate the ball. I haven't yet checked out the video, but I plan to start using the ball for exercise, too.

My trainer wanted me to get one of these. I looked on Amazon, found this one and ordered it. It wasn't the brand she suggested so I thought she might think I'd got an inferior product but in fact she said it was one of the best out there. I've had it a few months and it seems to be holding up well.

I recommend to use a ball pump instead of the pump that comes with the exercise ball.
It took awhile to pump the ball. It was deceiving at first, thinking that it was a smaller sized balled they gave us, but if you pump the ball enough, it'll eventually stop growing at 21", actual size of the ball.
It's pretty sturdy. Only starting to use it now, but so far so good.

the ball is fine, as expected. 2 small complaints: 1) the pump is cheap and it takes a while to inflate - and it doesn't inflate tightly as expected with the included pump - try using a good bike tire pump; 2) i received a red ball, not black!

You get everything just like the picture shows. The actual ball was a little different than I expected, but it gets the job done and seems to be of quality.
