Great purchase!May 20, 2010
By SJ The STX bounce back works great for Lacrosse practice, my son loves it. We don't have a wall near by, so this is great for him to practice on his own. The ball bounces back great. It is not too loud when the ball hits the target, you hear the springs rattle some, but it is better than throwing against a wood target that we used before. It was affordable and the shipping was free. It is just the right size and can fold flat for storage. Assembly was not too bad, I put it together myself, but would have been easier with 2 people. Just had to use a rubber hammer to tap the front stand into the target frame, the back stand slid in with no problem. It is still new, so hopefully it will wear well over time. We are very happy with this purchase.

Well worth the priceJun 28, 2011
By max.stone96 For starters, this is a much better buy than the Brine bounceback. This consistently returns balls at the same rate, whereas the brine bounceback (which many of you may have been leaning towards due to the lower price) deadens over time, making it progressively harder to pass and catch off of it. This is also far more durable and weatherproof than the Brine bounceback. I've left this out in the snow and the rain, and it's still like new, and has no rips. My teammate purchased the Brine bounceback, and it is falling apart (fraying, rusted, full of holes). This bounceback can be easily adjusted to most desired angles, and is made of and braced by steel piping, making it incredibly durable. Unlike the cheaper, elastic-mesh version that STX makes, passes against this bounceback are returned quickly and accurately (Accurately here meaning that passes aren't returned at an angle. This is because of the solid face of this version). The excellence of this product is the reason it is used by me, by my township and by the schools of local towns' lacrosse programs. It is worth every penny.

This bounce back is awesome. Easy to assemble and tighter than a trampoline. My kids are hard hitters and it's giving them the practice that they need. Highly recommend it. […]
