This has worked out great for my 2 teenage step-sons to practice in our yard! Seems to be a durable, sturdy product.

So far so goodMar 19, 2011
By Solomon Even after reading about how hard this is to assemble, I bought it for my son anyway. The thing is - I went and looked at the instructions on the STX website. (Good thing I did, too, since there weren't any in the box!) So, it really was pretty easy to put together as long as you put the bungees over the smaller ends of the tubes. There are a couple tubes that do not have the smaller ends, which slip into other tubes for the connection, but judicious selection of bungees to put on those makes the job *not* impossible. The size of the large loop on the bungees varies just a little bit; the smaller ones are very hard to fit on the big tube ends, larger ones are easier.
Overall quality seems pretty good. Online instructions don't exactly match what's in the package: there are four parts that I have no clue about (shaped like a wire J) and the number of bungees in the package (47) doesn't match the (39) described in the instructions. The included wrench for tightening the nut is a silly useless thing - use a socket or even pliers for better results.
Oh yeah - there are spare tube connection springs included, I'm very pleased about that since they'd be pretty much impossible to replace otherwise.
Just received it yesterday, built today, and I expect it will do its job as a training aid just fine.

Good RebounderDec 07, 2010
By Charles E. Paddock My son was doubtful about this at first because it doesn't look like a lacrosse net. After using it, though, he loves it, and so do his lacrosse-playing friends. It's a bit tricky to put together, but seems sturdy. A nice feature is that the top half tilts, so you can change the angle of return. My only complaint is that the mini-bungie hooks that hold the net on at the bottom are fraying, and I'm sure they will have to be replaced soon.

STX Double Sided Training RebounderJun 29, 2010
By Victor Caamano The item itself is what we expected. The boys use it for lacrosse and soccer practice. It works. Putting it together was an experience. No photos, no instructions. It took 4 of us about 30 min to figure it out and another 30 to put to together with significant effort.

By John D. Downey Did not have an opportunity to really use it. Purchased for daughters who decided they did not need/want it and preferred to simply play "wall-ball". Set-up was not at all difficult as described in some other reviews. Arrived ahead of schedule with complimentary shipping.
