I got this for my daughter to use especially during her Kempo sparing sessions. She had caught a few kicks in the groin, and I convinced the school to start requiring everyone to wear a cup. Female cups are not as easy to find as cups for guys, but this one does the trick. My daughter had no complaints of it being uncomfortable, and I'm sure she'll be glad she has it if she catches anymore kicks in the groin.
