I thought Speedo meant quality. Wrong. Poorly made. I could see through the material. I sent it back.

I recently started swimming and decided that it was time to buy an actual fitness suit. I was extremely excited to discover that Speedo now carries a plus size line!! After speaking to a few swimmer friends, I settled on this suit. Overall, the suit is amazing. I got the navy and it was a nice color. I found the suit to not be see-through as mine was lined. The suit seemed to fit really well everywhere, except the straps!! They were just too long and the top easily pulled down so I didn't even bother trying it in the pool!! I am 6' tall and D cup so I'm not really sure who the straps would accommodate! I am used to them being too short, but never too long. I didn't want to risk trying to alter the suit and have it go wrong so I will, unfortunately, be returning it.

Maybe it's just me, but every Speedo I buy seems to be too big in the upper half and this one is no exception. Shelf bras wind up halfway to my belly button, The Girls just barely covered... great fabric and comfort, just too big up top. Maybe they think that every Plus Size gal is also 6'2"! I'll break out my sewing machine and take up at least 2" on each shoulder strap, but I shouldn't have to.
