I have been using the Speedo hydro resistence trainers for arms and legs for 2 months now. Just noticed this belt - I was not aware the belts assisted you with "floating" so you could do deep water. Anyway I purchased it and received today AFTER my pool workout. I got right back into the pool to try it out. Amazing! I love it and can really get a different type of workout in now. You can easily fit it too your body and it does not ride up AT ALL! I have researched online websites to get all types of water exercises. My knee is tricky so exercising in the pool is recommended - low impact. GREAT results - in 6 weeks I have lost 12 lbs.!

Swim belts need to be adjusted after you put them on and this one can't be adjusted while you are wearing it. It is hard enough to adjust when you are not holding it. It is also too bulky and there are better belts on the market. I can't let anyone use it because it took me over a half hour to finally get mine at the right size. If I still had the box I would return it.

I'm paraplegic who do water therapy. I was very good swimmer and I loved to swim before my accident. I missed to swim during my water therapy,
so I decided to purchase online a belt. I made decision to buy this belt, and I'm very satisfied with my decision. The belt was helping me
regain good position of my body in the water. I was exactly in position for swimming, so I tried and I was able to swim again. And what a confidence
I have now with my water exercise.I will recommend this belt to everyone, but especially to disable people. .

The jog belt works really well but it is hard to adjust. Once you do find the right setting, it does not work loose.

This belt is great. I am using it in a water aerobics class. Since it is my own, I can adjust the fit and keep it there, as opposed to the ones at the pool that everyone used and each person has to re-adjust the fit with each use.
