These swim gloves are better than sliced bread. I swim 1000 meters a day and my lap times are greatly reduced. They give upper body a good work out. All the people at the public pool that have tried my gloves bought a pair for themselves. They run a little small so if you have large hand buy the black. Also, fill the glove with water before putting on and they will go on much easer without streaching the rubber.

The gloves are comfortable and turn swimming into a bigger workout. There are two things that would improve these gloves. 1. Exposed so I could fix my mask or snorkle etc. This way I have to remove the gloves to do that and these gloves are not easy to put on or off. 2. Make them out of a UV material. I have the black and I think they must absorb the sunlight because my hands are a very dark tan. I apply sunscreen now.

Very pleased with this product, the gloves fit snug so water does not get in and are very flexible and are light weight.
